There will be an early morning pick up from your Fes hotel. Drive north from Fes (3 hour drive), through the foothills of the Rif Mountains and past Ouezzane with its views over the surrounding hills to Chefchaouen. In Chefchaouen, see the blue-washed walls of the medina, the squares and the architecture of the Berber town, once inhabited by the Spanish. You will have free time to explore the small winding streets of this lovely pretty town and admire the beautiful views over the mountains. Return to Fes in the evening (3 hour drive).
